vablackbelt ::: Favorites  2007-10-08 16:04:27 very nice pictures in the beginning, shows really good form and i loved the control exercise u had to do, very nice, u had very nice control i would've liked to see the forms more... it would've been better if they were slower hm... the sparring, not as intense as i would like for a blackbelt test and the break... nice try on the hooks, maybe try spinning back hook next time? __________________________________________________
