You need 2 games that you can migrate from, I used Ruby, and Fire Red. 2. Migrate 6 Pokemon from the game you want to migrate from (Ruby version for me). 3. Save, and Turn off the DS. 4. Insert game pak #2 (I used Fire Red), the one you DON'T want to migrate from. 5. Change the date on your DS one or more days forward. 6. Try to migrate, it will have you altered the ingame clock, then it will say you can't migrate. 7. Turn off DS, switch to pak #1 (Ruby), it will let you migrate from Ruby version again!
