Description: The sirens are tested on the first wednesday of the month at 1:00PM This siren is located next to some apartments at the edge of town between the crow river country club and meadow links golf course. (intersection of school road and golf course road) Sorry for the slight cut-offs at the start of the tests I lost track of time and didn't have the camera ready. I'll do better next test. |

CricketboyStudios ::: Favorites 2007-07-28 15:06:16 Yes there is a youtube group about sirens, and I'm posting videos from Hutchinson. Oh you should try this, go sit next to it this wednesday at 1:00 PM we'll be there... __________________________________________________
heinrich49 ::: Favorites 2007-07-27 09:05:32 yes, i was more curious on why a tornado siren would interest to 7 other people. i watched twice thinking maybe there was something in there other than just the siren. i saw a vehicle go by, that was exciting. i live in hutch and i did a search on hutchinson just to see if there was anything. is there some sort of club or something that compares tornado sirens across the country? i'm not trying to poke fun (my last post i was but not this time) __________________________________________________

27722700 ::: Favorites 2007-07-20 00:02:58 I live in Brownton, MN, and i used to live in Hutch. Everyday here in Brownton we hear a siren (not sure what siren but i think it's an STH-10) at 12:00pm, 6:00pm, and 10:00pm...just a quick wind-up and then the real long wind-down __________________________________________________

jtoatoktoe ::: Favorites 2007-07-13 03:06:12 we're lucky in Minnesota....we only test the first Wednesday of the month, other places do it every day, or every week or whatever. __________________________________________________ |
