Description:

Lap 1 of Stick Canyon leven in the Sega Saturn game NiGHTS into Dreams. I am playing it myself, I ma no expert and I'm out of practice. (I ran into so many walls in these videos) This is the easiest lap, as most first laps are. And you obtain the White Ideya if you get 20 blue chips and bring it to the Bug Buggly Thing, called an Ideya Capture. If you'd liek to see a certian level or lap of a level or boss, I'll gladly record. Enjoy!

this was my favourite course for doing a continuous link. I was getting 200-300 + links, but had to sacrife not going through the 6 hoops underneath the orb/ideya chamber, so really, i coulda got more linkage.

Midi tracks were awesome. They go on for such longer times than tracks nowadays. FFXII's songs go over a minute and they say that that's a lot for a game, and though it is high quality music, midi tracks were still bomb. A lot better than most of the stuff today.

Brings me back...Sega Saturn was such an innocent little console, powerful in its way, and a step away from increased indulgence. Thanks Maresuke.

xD no, you're not getting confused. You're right, that's "Puffy", she's the first Maren to fight in Elliot's dream. You should try to get NiGHTS into Dreams, it's a fantastic game in countless ways!

From what I've seen and heard, NiGHTS has to be the most creative game ever. I wish I could find it someday (along with a Dreamcast)

Oh, you're right, silly me, the Saturn. XD I'm hoping NiGHTS 2 is good too, but my friend says it's being made by Sonic Team America, which made Sonic Heros, which aparently wasn't any good.

The Saturn was known for having excellent sound capabilities as well as its sprite capabilities. The textured polygons on the Saturn are actually transformed sprites. The people who programmed this game were geniuses.

Err...what's this "transformed sprites" nonsense? Saturn's 3D, polygonal graphics were just that: POLYGONS. Granted, they were based not on the triangle (as PSone and N64 used) but on quadrilaterals. However, they were PURE polygons nonetheless, as the Saturn was capable of (although not fully dedicated to) 3D graphics. Please invest more effort into your research before making such misinformed posts, nhf7170.

Have you played Sonic Heroes? It's an entertaining game that gets more flack than it deserves. Although far from perfect, it is certainly better than every other Sonic effort following it.
