You can also use a 1" phillips "bit tip" used for cordless drills. I used a #1 size tip with some tape on the back (to hold it in place and prevent scratching). Turned with a crescent wrench.

Good tips for diy. You can also by angled screwdrivers, racheting screwdriver or a thumb driver tht will fit in there.
