Description: This is a tribute video to Kelsey Briggs. Her story is tragic. Kelsey was abused for nine months by her stepfather (while her father was away in Iraq fighting in the war) before she was finally killed by a blow to the abdomen. Authorities were told many times that Kelsey needed help, but she always ended up back in danger. In this time, she suffered more pain than most people endure in their entire lifetime.
