PLEASE READ!!!, A real bar in music is 1,2,3,4 but to count like that through a 12" would take ages so with this method you are basicaly reducing the counting.In this video we count the bars of one toon and bring it into the other in the corect place .

ehy im a new dj and i really just work with R&B and Hip-Hop at the moment but does this work with Hip-hop too??

i use to do it like that but i found it alittle easier just counting the "claps" or "snares" in the song.. 4 claps/snares = 1 bar Its the same exact concept and after you do it for awhile you'll automatically know when the 4th bar is over . . . .

Well it depends ofcourse are you searching for top-40 stuff or the more underground stuff. Think most record stores has the 40 stuff but for that underground stuff beatport, trackitdown then directly on the labels pages usually there are also many other. Tutor has couple of vids where people post these links also on his pages there is links page.

Not very clear question but. For underground stuff you play what you like and try to stay on top of the listeners by listening new releases first and picking them up before party people hears them. For Mobile, club, bar djing the top-40 stuff and classics are the ones make people dance.
